Jamaican sorrel will definitely make the tropic veg cookbook !
Happy Independence Day Weekend !
My married woman has started a cool project : she is writing a cookbook for Florida gardener growing the crazy crops I commend on this blog and in my ledger .

One of the downsides of growing and sell comparatively nameless eatable plants ( at least unknown inside this land ) is that masses often will grow the plant and then at some point clear they have no idea what to do with them … and they go shopping at the grocery for something familiar to eat instead .
How do you use yautia ? Cassava ? Chaya ? Katuk ? We ’re hold out to give folks a nice office to start . It ’s no use growing these incredible tropical crops if one do n’t know how to apply them !
We ’re gathering and sharing our own homestead recipe right now .
