FRESH KALE SALAD WITH PEANUT & LIME DRESSING

1 large bunch colewort , ribs removed , cut in thin ribbons1 cherry-red , yellow or orange bell pepper cut in 1/2 inch dice4 to 6 whole Allium porrum , thinly sliced1 prominent red Malus pumila , cut in julienne strips1 cup chop fresh cilantro

dress :

1 tablespoon peanut vine butter , chunky or smooth4 tablespoon seasoned rice acetum ( the “ seasoned ” kind is slightly sweetened)8 tablespoons peanut , Olea europaea or canola oil oil3/4 teaspoonful toasted sesame oil1 clove garlic , fine minced1/2 teaspoon sugar1 large fresh basswood , juiced1/4 teaspoonful each , table salt and freshly ground pepper

Garnish :

1/2 cupful roasted peanuts , coarsely chopped

instruction :

Combine dressing ingredients in a shock with a eyelid . Shake thoroughly . In a great salad sports stadium , compound super acid , bell pepper , scallions , orchard apple tree , cilantro . dispose with dressing , sprinkle with nut and do .
